Prior to joining Nashton, Max worked at LionTree Advisors as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Telecom, Media, and Technology team, where he advised on a range of transactions spanning M&A, capital raises, and IPOs.

 Max has a BA in Economics from Georgetown University, and currently lives in San Francisco, CA.
